Description of project and screenshot
Now, I will discuss about the first project that
I had been assigned during my industry training session. The first process is
that the call operators will assists any calls from the customers and record
down all the product that the customer want to order. The call operators will
record down the order manually in which we called as “packing order list”.

After recording down the order,
the call operators will then transfer all the recorded information into the system
which the system will be used by the entire company. The information will be
recorded in Packing Orders.

The next process is my department job
where the supervisor of the store department will print out the list of product
that had been ordered by the customer. Once we had the list, we are required to
find out the location of the product and ensure the quantity is enough to be
shipment. If the product is not enough, the quantity of product to be shipment
will be reduced.

Then, when the product had been found
and the quantity is enough to be shipped, we will transfer the product out from
their location and place it on the pallet. Once the product had been arranged
well on the pallet, we will wrap it to prevent the product from falling down or
get wet.

Once the product had been arranged on the pallet
that shows that the product is ready to be shipment. Other than that, some of
the company will make order much earlier because of afraid the companies will
have not enough of product to supply for them
3.2 Roles and responsibilities
The overall process and operation in
the HSH is based on the efficiency concept to achieve the customer’s
satisfaction. In this process, service advisor
plays an important role. Service advisor is responsible to be in charge on the
request from customer and responsible to give customer the best quality
service. Service Advisors are encouraged to serve the customer in the quality
talk and ensure the customer’s vehicle situation whether any crash or damage product
won’t have any defect on it before reach customer destination. The personality
of customer must be fully protected by every employee, thus, should keep all
the customer information in the system and only authorized person are allow to
use the information only. The store supervisor also playing an important role. He
need to arrange the job to the store keeper as soon as possible when the new
order list had reach. He also must ensure the product that are going to be
shipped is correct and no mistake are allowed to occur during the shipment
process.
